We still face a serious shortage of listings, but now, even my buyers are drying up.I thought it might just be me, but as I've talked with lenders and other agents, multiple people have seen the same thing and nobody has disagreed.How about you?

Pictures and listing text won't show you a failing roof, soil pipe, wet basement that is currently dry, etc.

Basically it is sheets of fiberglass covered in resin around a form, and after it dried the form was pulled out.

However, I do not have experience investing during an economic downturn, and I'm wondering: if the economy changes between now and the time I need to refinance, would you expect asset-based lending will still be a viable option for STVRs, or would it dry up?
