Offering cash to a represented seller is always a plus, because it takes away one of the major contingencies in a real estate contract that makes probably more deals fall through than anything else, the financing contingency.

With that came a nice note from the collection agency thanking me for my mess up and alerting them.....Thanks lexington great job.Secondly - They disputed two cards that are over 3 years old and had a perfect Credit history. they are now removed and my credit score is tanked.
