Wanted to grow my network in my hometown, as well as better understand what challenges you all face and how I could help.

@Daniel Winschel Go to the events area on BP, find a meetup and go network with investors and ask them your questions.

There are a lot of people that attend these meetings that you can network with and get recommendations.

Go to local real estate investor club s and events to learn and network. 

I plan on heavily relying on this community, but I feel that it would be good to have a go to person as well.Although I am some time out on my first purchase I want to continue to learn as much as possible and network.

Also, consider attending some local meetups and start networking. 

While I could ask a well-known (highly-networked) agent in my local market for a referral, I knew that it would not be free to me somehow in the end (I once paid a 7% commission for a tough to sell remote property, where I used such a referral, and it was well worth it - for that property.)

While I don't have anything at present in Avon, I would be more than happy to ask some colleagues in my network to see what they might have. 

I'm flying to CLV next week to walk through my apartment building.Looking to network with local investors, brokers,general contractors etc.
