When clients start to ask me to "sharpen my pencil" regularly, and I know my prices are in line for the scope of work and quality I give them, it starts to make me feel unappreciated and slightly taken advantage of and they soon become former clients.

You might want to talk to a company who deals in hazardous situations and clean up like chemicals as well as body clean up, such as after a person's death on site.

Make sure it has enough oomph and drilling mode.Battery sawsall is useless if you do demo, and the circular saw I quickly replaced with a corded one.Definitely get regular screwdrivers.

I definitely don't look active anymore with a huge winter beard, but I just pull out my regular driver's license and the military ID card side by side so they can see my name on both and have never had an issue--even when they have to get manager approval because the discount was over $50.

If they intend to finance the house chances are a regular mortgage company will not qualify the house but let them work out how they will finance the house themselves.

I think it's worth mentioning that you can put tile over plywood but it might not hold up as well and I would use polymer-modified thinset instead of regular thinsetI also skip underlayment on laminates that don't have underpad attached because I don't see much added value in the underlayment
