It’s greatest asset is how easy it is to learn.It’s horrible for accounting, billing, it’s work order function is terrible, clients hate their owner statements, and it is absolutely worthless for job costing.The fact that it’s not pushing out to as many syndicated sites is another example of Buildium falling behind the times.

Should I be going onto the website and not using the app to see other functions and features you have to offer?

It seems like an service that has a lot of functionality for different businesses but not sure if it is the right fit for my needs. 

Also, it has to function as its own entity separate from you. 

- References for a Core 4, and other functions you would recommend to add to build a strong team!

I plugged some numbers in the calculator on calculator.net here.I'm having a tough time figuring out how they are calculating that last column in the table: Return (IRR).I'm trying to plug some of these numbers into the IRR function on google sheets so i can try to figure out how they're coming up with those values.
