With that came a nice note from the collection agency thanking me for my mess up and alerting them.....Thanks lexington great job.Secondly - They disputed two cards that are over 3 years old and had a perfect Credit history. they are now removed and my credit score is tanked.

I got my FICO in July and it was a 674 which isn't HORRIBLE, but I want it alot higher so I can get a good rate for my first real estate dealAnyway..I heard that for people like me, I could get authorized under some1 else's credit card and I would automatically pick up their years of credit.

it also depends on who you are selling it to. find a friend or someone who is looking for the cash flow rather than a 'good deal'.a shrewd business man is a honest business man. bring a note to a note buyer and expect to get a much lower price than someone else.

In addition to looking for the good deals, you should have a very clear strategy in my opinion going in or else you may lose money.
