I know there is some loop hole in the tax law that if you were forced to move due to a loss of a job there is a degree of tax write off, however given that I have sold a home and taken advantage of the tax write off within a two year period Iam not sure that applies.What is my best option here?

For the most part yes, but there are varying degrees of prepayment penalties that can come with the non- recourse loan and some providers will negotiate to a limited extent (not get rid of it altogether but limit it some).Shop around and see what is out there.

If your parents are both INSISTING and FUNDING this study, then why not go get a degree in Biology (or something like Bio Engineering, Microbiology, BioChemistry, etc) that both sounds impressive AND costs you nothing?
