From what I understand the ITIN (Individual Tax Identification Number) is issued by the IRS for foreign individuals to use as a tax ID number in lieu of a social security number.

Since I have only 1 employee how do I manage his tax, social security, medicare deductions.?

Hello all, I have most recently been looking to social media for information about real estate investing.

In general if a tenant moves without forwarding information, usually after failing to pay the last months rent, I start checking social media.   

Now we have multiple outlets through social media and email campaigns.

There are cold calling, texting, emailing, mailing, social ads, etc.As a new person, I'd recommend doing this manually yourself first to get acquainted with the process and to even get your first deal under your belt.

I am wondering if there are any lawyers (preferably NY lawyers) turned agents who can offer some guidance on working as an agent and how that might implicate ethical obligations as an attorney.
