Hello everyone,Haven't posted much in a while, but was thinking about the ups and downs I've personally experienced in REI and how I stayed motivated when financial freedom seemed so far away in the beginning.I remember my first BRRRR...I spent every dollar in the bank (I was also working a 1099 job to cover personal bills after getting laid off from a W2 job).

Once you know the strategy you want to pursue - long term rentals, STRs, wholesaling, retail, self storage, etc - you can see if that market is conducive to that type of opportunity and your lifestyle...remember, you're also going to have a new, full-time job.

Even when you think you are over your head, just remember your purpose.
