@Sam Faas I use my personal cell number and have a PO Box that I’ve had for years as my address.

Here in WI, the landlord is required to provide a mailing address of an actual location on the rental agreement (not a po box) where documents/notifications can be sent or dropped off in person (however it is ok to also require rent be sent to a PO box).

I'll look for it, if memory serves correctly it wasn't a Po box, but I think I do remember it being in TX

I also have a PO Box for them to send checks too.  

If they are not text savvy, have them mail rent to a PO Box in your town if you're not comfortable with them dropping it off in your mailbox.

You can get a PO box for responses and make up a name (Acme surveys) so you don't have to provide your name or address.
