Little back story to understand the psyche: Being raised by an entrepreneurial single mother, my mom paved the mental pathway of creating your own job to manifest your own dreams instead of working for someone else to fulfill theirs.

This is actually for my mother who is being overwhelmed with credit card debt.

So, her mother called the police.

To be honest, my mother asked him to leave about 15 years ago before all this nonsense started.  

Former landlord said she was never late on rent, broke the terms of her lease once but paid for that (had a nephew move in but paid $100 per month extra), left the place in great shape and her mother moved in right after her so his place was not vacant one day.  

I think kids are the reason my mother preferred to rent to gays

She finally got one under contract primarily because she knew the seller's mother.

YET when they interview the Mother it is usually the same story .

My grandma passed away a few years back and my mother, her husband, and my sister have been living there since.

A lender can't discriminate against your mother due to her age, it's under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
