I called my bank and they said we can only place a dispute which can take up to 10 days to resolve.

From what I see on the ground here working every day I don't believe we are in a bubble but some of the government issues need to be resolved here.

It was a huge hassle to resolve.

I bought a hud home for cash to resolve an hour commute I currently have for work.  

It really helped to give me a direction that I needed to resolve my problem!

Your fixated on numbers , i started this conversation to get help resolving a problem before it escalated any further.  

All problems are fixable and as a investor I would have made a better deal and resolved the problem to my advantage.

By the way 2 of the properties were put right back up for auction within a week with the issues not resolved.

I realize that it will widely vary, but is there an approximate amount of time, or an average, as to how long it can take to resolve a title issue?
