I'd love to hear a brief summary that describes what you thought of their quality of work, pricing & reliability/dependability.Would like to finish a water leak issue the last one started, and also have some windows that need to be resealed externally (2nd & 3rd floor).

While living here I did some work to the house( new windows, new bathroom).

Owner-occupants have a window to buy before it's open to the public, so that's the main reason.

This would be for things like driveway repairs, tree trimming, tuckpointing of brick, roof and guttering, drainage and landscaping, toilets, heaters, A/C, stoves, windows, screens, etc. 

I also had a chair moved right up to my bedroom window and as I stated before there have been multiple break ins in the area and packages stolen off other front porches and the neighbors lawn guy had his truck broken in to while parked on the road in between the neighbors house and the house I am renting.

e - Roof   f - Siding/brick   g - Foundation (this one can and will be the killer)   h - Windows and doors   I - Finish door/window hardware...inside and out   j - Exterior water drainage (there was none back then) and any damage done already (see "g" above)You said you estimating $3000 for rehab now. 

Back home at 836 sqft is fenced, has 1 bedroom + bonus room, 1 bath, has window laundry units and remodeled kitchen as well.

Replaced front door and all windows.
