I've noticed in the Maricopa county online tax lien map, some investors have purchased tax liens at auction.

Because of how  I purchase them(at auction) the IRA company is saying that LLC is the way to go.

The county will have the mailing address where the taxes go, that is where you start, either someone is paying the property taxes or you buy this at the county auction in another couple years.

I think the ability to participate in auctions is important for this.

Visit auctions and ask frequent bidders if they buy from wholesalers.These are just some ideas, and I look forward to hearing ideas from others!

My worry is once they know it's game over and it's off to the auction or their local investors.
