What you refuse to see is the workstaff and the elderly being kicked out of their rental homes because investors buy the home and triple the rent, I've seen an 83 year old woman simply thrown out onto the street, I've seen a single father thrown out onto the street, and another family I am acquainted with thrown out because their rent wasn't profitable enough, and these buyers are abusing landlord tenant laws because they know tenants most likely will not do anything about their abuse, such as kicking them out before the lease is up, turning off their utilities, etc.
