Have you gone through owner training with the housing authority to quickly replace a section 8 tenant?

If the owner trains the dog and lets the dogs out, they will not pee in the house.

House hacking allows you to get started cheap, with minimal risk, and the ability to go through the entire process basically with training wheels.

I heard Appraisals on ADUs have been hit and miss and you really need an appraiser who’s trained on it. 

Just went to a closing and the lawyer explained that he took the virtual closing training in RI but it really doesn't make sense because he still needs all the paper.
