They store their **** in the garage, use the laundry room,e tc. 

I think cozy is good for rent collection (and free) and then start organizing a google drive to store your documents (leases, check in/out sheets, misc PM documents, closing statements, receipts, w9's, insurance docs, entity information, etc). 

They are usually corporate backed and deals can done quicker than a corporate owned chain store. 

As a speculative stored value asset however it is doing very well.

I had a similar situation with a jewelry store tenant that had a walk in vault. 

Tenants were bringing in bags of rice, storing trash on the balconies etc & I believe he was still fighting them a couple of years later when he gave up & sold the place. 

We have a finished basement which can be used for lounging/hanging out, storing things but not for sleeping. 

He said he has been storing the HVAC and plumbing fixtures elsewhere.

Details have emerged about requested tax abatements from the company and what could be in store for the Austin area.  

I store my duck boats in 2 garages, my riding mowers in another garage, my vette in another, my dump truck in another, and I've got a bunch of appliances in another.
