You shoud be able to Google the competition to find out how they are adertising their units and filing them.Or pose as a guest or tenant can contact the competition to go throught the "experience" and learn how to copy it.You could also fly there and do in person tours and meet agents.Once you've done your research, you could either:1) Try to market it for rent yourself as LTR, MTR or STR2) Use your knowledge to hire & manage a local manager.
