These are true STR expenses listed, not the typical “oh, you just have to pay for your mortgage and utilities” logic some “gurus” teach.

My logic here is REI can be very expensive, especially if you do not take time to educate yourself and nail down the basics.

Be smart, network, learn from others who have done it, apply lots of logic and common sense to your decisions, plan and prepare well and then go for it!
