There are a ton of great people here on BP!

We are self taught and have a lot to offer and would like to team up with new people .

So that one like all will mean you sit there and listen to people talk in 15 minute increments for 75 hours.....For the price I would recommend it if you don't want to go to a class.

Sending marketing letters to people in the mail is far from harassment.

Stony Brook will have plenty of people for apartments but there are plenty of towns in Nassau where students, young adults and even entire families are looking to rent in.

I personally avoid both of those, but I know people that choose that strategy and do it successfully I just personally don't want to deal with it, especially if investing outside your local market.  

But it sounds like the lenders that have been soliciting you are people you don't know, so I would tread very carefully and not give out any personal information until you know who you're dealing with.

I just joined one and I am looking forward to connecting with other like minded people.

Heck it might help us because that is more people to recruit to doing real estate :)
