That said,  here is my totally amateur understanding  In seattle  the "just cause eviction" ordinance says you can give 90 days notice for sale of a SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE if you want a month to month tenant to vacate.

Besides my secular job I am a also the Pastor of the Truth Church in Edgerton, KS.I have a limited background in real estate investing but I have bought 3 single family homes in my life and one of those I had a renter for a couple years before selling for a profit.

I would ideally apply that strategy to single-family homes to start, then transition to multi-family properties.
