Unless you are cold calling pro and have a deal machine, its hard to get the same numbers we were getting 1 year back. 

As I keep on saying: Austin metro is a job creating machine.

Our team uses the Deal Machine app to capture dilapidated properties while driving. 

We can link up and go over ideas over coffee or also I would like to go to a meet-up near Chicago that focuses on creative financing but cant seem to find one all the investor groups that have meet-ups are in a different state and I would like to actually attend one live.

We have a skee ball game, an old school cocktail table style arcade machine for two people, a newer NBA jam for four people, foosball table, mural wall with neon sign for instagram photos and a closet with beach supplies. 

When you find someone you click with, offer to take them to lunch/coffee and talk shop. 

Would love to buy someone a coffee sometime if they're in the area and interested in meeting up.
