On a separate issue, I paid for the dryer vent cleaning a few months ago even though the lease specifically says the tenant is responsible for dryer vent cleaning after re-reading the lease.

Is it ok to leave washer and dryer at rental property? 

Supposedly the washer went out and the maintenance man came out and said the dryer was on its last leg as well.

It will look like a dryer vent covered with lint.

So, I would not have an issue with storing my washer/dryer onsite.

I didn't ask to see.February 20... they put a rubber backed floormat in the dryer... caught fire and caused $140k in smoke damage.
