If I'm not mistaken though, they are changing the CONUS BAH rules soon to match OCONUS rules where the BAH you get will only be enough to cover your actual rent instead of a flat rate.

It would be a good ideal to paint all treated areas with a stain blocking primer including the wood members, studs and sub-flooring if affected.

For the roof work, he is quoting us $8000 in labor and materials for replacing the previous flat roof, reframing it to match the pitch of the rest of the house, and raising the ceiling inside the addition to match the 8' ceiling height of the main house.
