Way to go on your first rental that's just motivation for the rest of us.

Then, are the sort of properties your buyers want to buy?  

Same with making sure garbage or recycling are properly sorted, otherwise, you get a fine! 

The seller is motivated and is also offering seller financing (terms unknown at this time).  

It gives me motivation that some one actually cares.

It's so simple.Personally, I have a spreadsheet of names and contact information sorted by genre of work they do.

I envision this to develop into some sort of referral network.
