Theoretically the same amount of management resources will be needed for both properties but it's much more expensive to hire a property management company for house B.

There a resources  out there to learn those markets. 

Now I could be wrong, and maybe investors do find these resources useful... but to me these places kinda feel like the "duh, everyone is going to check this site out" and therefore there aren't many deals.

Use Facebooks groups, Linked in, or other free resources to find motivated sellers, buyers, new clients, or other assets that don't require an investment.

If anyone has resources for this it would be great as I am not pulling up anything state specific.
