It sounds like you know when it was sold for how much so the sellers want to cash in with having done no work and bought the property at the worst time to try and flip (remember, you make money when you buy not when you sell).They have a number so coming in at half that amount without a detailed basis will likely be rejected off hand . . . as an agent, what would you or your clients do with a 50% offer?
