When the tenant was placed, they had the option to pay for the monitoring service or not... without monitoring it still works and has sirens etc, but no call center is notified....if the tenants wants monitoring, then they pay it directly......their choice, not my expense.Same with Ring..... if they don't want cloud storage, then they don't pay for it......not my expense

Find the section for Housing Choice Voucher, and there should be an Available Housing section with links to the lists by bedroom size.

The issue here is that there's way more to this than just "filing the 1120-H".Each year, the HOA has a choice between filing the 1120H and an 1120.Do you know which years it will be better to file which forms?

I would advise you to try to do both though: real estate and a degree and stay on a track now, while you're young with a lot of energy.Construction Management or something similar is an excellent choice in my experience.

If people are "skipping town" for a good job there's not really much you can do about it - I mean it's their choice and their life and if they choose to leave they have to fulfill their end of the bargain or find a sublet or something.
