Anyway, I welcome all comments, suggestions, etc.I should probably add that I have a strong preference towards residential buildings but this is mostly because I dont know yet sufficient information about other forms of commercials RE but medical buildings sound very interesting from the little I've read.Thank you,Jorge Mendez

I'm probably going to sell it next year while I can still get the capital gains exemption and after some development in the area is completed which I believe will bring the value up.If I buy more property out of state (I'm considering it) I will try to manage it myself.
