I think you're over complicating the ownership structure's impact on this.

@Vasily R.One credit pull every couple months will not negatively impact you if you are already in a good position (740 plus credit score).

Do not continue to use a PM that does not communicate with you.About the eviction, is the person truly impacted by Corona or taking advantage of the situation? 

Any capital improvement you make on a park should have direct impact on value. 

That can have a pretty big impact when you are comparing the investment you are holding + a new investment from cash out refi vs selling and 1031 to new investment.  

All my people that I love and support and cheerlead for (Every small business in America) have been decimated, we have no idea of what impact this will have and our current climate seems to be a bit anti business)  (I could go on but I will step down from my soap box- do not get me started)  

With COVID we mostly lost service jobs will be back within a year or so and with Oil and Gas we are loosing high paying jobs as its impacting upstream companies the most ..FC may not happen as most technical folks may have some savings to go through downturn. 

That may impact short-term demand but I’d imagine it wouldn’t affect mid to long term outlook.

It depends on environmental conditions and your decisions.
