You can still qualify to use an FHA loan to buy a 3-4 flat if you did not use that type of loan when you purchased the condo, or use a conventional 5% down and have the seller pay your closing costs.First you'll need to talk to a good lender that will identify what you can do with the condo in your credit for farther purchases.
