Hello everyone,We looked at a property that needs some repairs (new water heater, washer/dryer, dishwasher, paint, flooring, kitchen counter-tops, cabinets).

I've been driving a few specific areas and there are deals to be had.

I have recently received a call from my first drive for dollars letter to a seller.  

Its a long drive to the court (county budget cuts, they closed our local court last year, not we have to drive a bit over an hour) so I am hoping to have some kind of idea how to clear this up so I can get everything corrected and turned in tomorrow.  

Not as much out that way but if you are up for the drive I'd try to check out the Black Diamond meeting in Worcester.  

It's a rather intimidating looking crew to even drive past.

Ever since I have been listening and learning about all the amazing ways to begin a Real Estate Investing future I have began to notice things I would have never seen had I not began my path towards Real Estate investing, just driving the same route back from my work everyday I began to notice houses with for sale signs in the lawns, houses that have been renovated and houses next door that haven't, almost like the law of attraction if you will lol! 

I attended a training seminar recently where they beat into us "structure drives behavior!"

-Even though you love cars and driving, you're not going to own a car (or even drive one on a consistent basis) from the age of 34 until sometime in your 40s.

Driving for dollars is another easy way to find some properties on your own, there's plenty of resources on BP for this.If its the former, maybe you should choose a property you can get for cheap that may have minimal cash flow just to get that first one done.
