How much to remodel a kitchen?  

Not really passive, but not too intense... small condo fix and flips that involve simple cosmetic stuff like carpet/flooring, paint, kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathrooms, etc.I have done a number of these projects before.Lending money to others is risky - even if you have a note, if they don't want to pay you back, they don't pay you back.

Just some windows needed to be replaced and some old wood paneling taken down in the kitchen.

We know we want to update the kitchen, two bathrooms and the basement.

It's flooring, removing popcorn, new kitchen, new baths.

Living room, kitchen basement upstairs or Living room, upstairs, Kitchen, then basement.

I'm guessing if they had a gas range in the kitchen, they would have kept current on the gas bill. :-)Tenants sometimes surprise us too.

In other words, do not convert the kitchen or master bath into your dream master bath or kitchen…keep it simple, clean & precise.These are strictly my opinions:)

A lot of the homeowners I work with talk to my company while they're doing just that, so I hope some of these tips help.In terms of what a lot of renters look for in a property, the kitchen is one of the most important factors, and having a modern, up-to-date amenities in a single family home is always a plus.

I have done bathrooms,  kitchens,  roofs,  concrete,  gas pipes,  all plumbing.. .
