There are more than just a few people looking for free help, or offering a free coffee in return for "picking your brains".Think of it in terms of both effort and value what each of you brings to the table. 

Was staying nearby during the week at times, working a full week to revive it, really had strong forward momentum. 

Just have to give up a few more Starbucks coffee.  :-)

I’ve been trying to find him solely from a first name and some properties that he has rehabbed in the Roosevelt/Freeport area penny wood and on brooks , I really would like to sit down for lunch or coffee and have a discussion.

Ski areas near by and good summer weather.

(I'd feel comfortable living there + some newly constructed homes nearby)The property appears to just need minor cosmetic repairs. 

It's one thing to compromise by being a few blocks further from your favorite coffee shop, it's another to not feel safe in your home.I would use a list service or the public property records to target 3- and 4-unit properties in neighborhoods you like.
