Big regret but it was fun traveling and getting nice contract awards.

Also they they might do something for housing traveling nurses and such.

I also agree with @James Gleeson about making it a habit of listening to podcasts, books and surrounding yourself with like minded people to inspire you to learn more each day. 

Thought I would reach out for help as I am really struggling...Situation:- Canadian who does not currently own any assets in the US- been traveling the world for the past 2 years so also no personal tax recordsReally want to start BRRRR but I am having problems with getting non hard-money loans to long term hold the assets I want to acquire.

About the only deduction I'll take is travel expenses to go and inspect my own properties which are 1100 miles away.
