Personally I’ve tried to learn as much as I can from you & Avery (& others) on here then I try to innovate where I can to take my business to the next level.

Use technology to your advantage.

I would recommend just going to their website and filling out the inquiry form, the agent I worked with was Kyle B but it seems like part of their schtick is that it's all technology based insurance brokering to save you $ so I don't know that reaching out to a specific agent like a normal insurance quote would work!

The last thing you want is to be in a position where you have outlayed a lot of cash for furniture, decor, and technology only to find out that you are in the hole every month. 

The city is trying to  starting technology triangle within the city with local colleges and IBM.

What to look for is credibility, Technology where the company would provide a portal for the investor to monitor activity, and process of onboarding, managing, and exiting tenants.

If your whole day is that full that you routinely can't get the rest that you need then you need to find a way to outsource your most repetitive tasks through employees or technology. 

With technology advances even in the last 10 years, being a landlord (if  you utilize basic modern technology ) is even easier.  

Technology really has allowed and incredible amount of time leverage. 

Had we had the technology and infrastructure in place after 9/11, the city would not have rebounded the same.
