Unless you have a legal finding, bankruptcy or such that is public, disclosing names or issues can get you in trouble.BP is just a virtual street full of people interested in RE, don't treat them any differently than anyone else on any other street. :)

There was a lot of sharing of ideas back and forth - great feedback and encouragement on all sides.We didn't pitch anything at the event (except coaching for 30 minutes during a lunch break for anyone that wanted to stay and hear us talk about it.)We taught everyone there how to do traditional wholesaling deals, how to flip lease options, how to do sandwich lease options, how to flip leases, how to partner with private investors on deals, how to find virtual assistants, and how to wholesale properties remotely.

I can handle not having a tenant rather than deal with the nonsense.They moved in in April and since then I have:Paid for pool opening $700Replaced a side garage entry door $400Replaced an electrical outlet on the outdoor kitchen $150Replaced a sink sprayer $150Plumber out to fix clogged sink $160Closet shelf repaired $75They complained that the pool sand filter was bad (it's virtually new) pool guy is sick of them they don't know what they are doing with the pool.
