Everyone has said that if I make my payments in full and on time, and the properties are profitable (both statements are true), then refinancing at the end of those terms and extending another 3-5 years won't be an issue.Now, I fully believe those people.

They will need to sign off on the Change Order form and also a Lien Waiver Release Form stating they were paid for whatever services they did complete for you.

I definitely agree with  all of the comments which is why I am going to MI in June for an extended stay and partnering up with someone who is an experienced flipper while I oversee the project and we split the profits.
