While I haven't rented in the Fan/Museum district personally, the rental market there is HUGE for students (if in the Fan) and for young adults in the Museum District and Byrd Park areas.

I purchased remotely 5 unit property a 3 months ago and I have the first turnover in one of the units, looks like the unit is in bad shape and I just received a huge quote for an 850sqft unit turnover from my PM to basically replace everything... 30k quote....I need help and don't know where to start... any suggestions/advice would be extremely valuable.Thanks

There's a huge % of our country which votes to give up more of their privacy and freedom every time they're given a ballot whether or not it's in their best interest because doing so typically has some "feel good" gift wrap so we find ourselves in a tough situation as social media/tech/business/finance/foreign interests collide under these conditions.
