We are going to evaluate and research what happens at foreclosure auctions and learn how many people are playing in this field in our market. 

I am typically not a big fan of college any more, because I think in most cases people leave college with massive debt a mediocre job and generally not in the same field.

I have previous experience indirectly related to the field as a real estate agent in the state we will be operating in.

In Michigan, there are workarounds to that, like having an MBA or working in a related field for a number of years.

My guess is that, in the very near future, we're going to start seeing REIAs fill up, more new members at BP and more competition out in the field.
