They used to be Remington Financial Group, and while they have an excuse as to reason for the name change, I believe it was to escape the old name and start anew.A Google search will give you plenty of reading material as to lawsuits and complaints from jaded borrowers.

Or cut a check to the sub and get a release of lien signed, and get your money back from the title company.The best policy is to get a lien release from the GC and have him get a lien release from all of the subs and material suppliers.

- A < 60' trailer is considered to be 'short' (70' is ideal and I won't buy anything under 12' wide)- YOU could have remodeled this home yourself for less than 2k labor and materials (paint, flooring, new carpet, laminate flooring, ect).- Nobody likes a small bedroom.
