We kept the only thermostat, in the basement in the boiler room only accessible to us. and we kept heat at like 69.We bled radiators each season and made sure pressure was up in system, need 2 people to make sure it's done right. one at boiler, one checking each radiator.

keep it long term Hawaii is not going to suffer extreme downward valuations pressures over the coming decades or decades. dont get focused on it has to make money today.. that is short sided thinking that is germane for markets that have historic sloooow appreciation and limited exit markets.

Magnetic stops, properly, and securely mounted, these last a very long time without damaging the door, including the fact they prevent doors from blowing shut when room pressure changes suddenly.I would be very curious to know how 3 sets of hinges need to be changed. not something that typically "wears out".
