Ideally, this process would be repeated for each of the 4 locations I move to during this rotation program.I am familiar with the process I would need to undertake to make this acquisition a reality and have already spoken with various banks about getting pre-approved for a loan.

For me I just keep it handy if someone makes a claim you give it up if they never will  ( which is 99% what will happen) you just keep it.Now keep in mind don't follow my advice I am just saying how i handle it as i tend to be self insured for these types of situations and understand the reality of fighting over very small dollars.
