A recent ad on the internet mentioned that Lakeland, FL was one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the US, don’t know.

Or even worse, I had this done to me from an ex of mine, she was mad so she posted my number on social media I was pummeled with calls or texts for hours until I turned my phone off and before I got a new number I would get random calls and texts even after said occurrence.

21 years ago I decided that I didn't want Property Management to a full-time job even though I was going to self-manage each property.Now I have 28 apts with 60 or so tenants in 8 multi-family buildings in Brooklyn, NYC.I use a LOT of technology including electronic rent collection, electronic locks, internet controlled Thermostats, WiFi Cameras, Cloud Based CRM, Electronic Signatures (DocuSign), automated expense payments, etc.

For that amount, just run a model you find off the internet.

My local NextDoor App has had a thread complaining about bike week guests at air bnb houses for a week now, while AZCentral.com has run a couple stories about non HOA neighborhoods changing their CCRs or similar restrictions by hiring a lawyer to tally a neighborhood owner vote and then setting forth the changes.What seemed like the early days of the internet now does not as much...

I am heavily relying on the internet and hopefully feedback from the discussion taking place on this forum to guide me through this journey. 

It didn't have glowing reviews as well when I searched the internet for 5 mins. 

Or do you mean reach out to friends or family to personally loan me money (and not have it tied to my social security)?

Did a realtor bring it to you or did you just see it like on the internet?

Or if its a mid size community the best bet is if the community has an elderly/disabled social worker you can invite to join you in meeting with her.Many on here will say you are not  social worker, just boot her and leave it at that.
