Unfortunately with no social security number (I have an ITIN with a 760 fico score linked to it) no US bank / portfolio lender will lend to me.

How about social networking or creating a website for the property and buying ads or Google keywords to promote the website?

Unless the conversation turns social and real estate comes up, I would steer away from it.
