New guy from Anaheim, California
Hello all,
I've been researching all about real estate investing for approximately 1 1/2 years now. As I have learned a lot of new things by reading and doing my own research I've found by holding conversating with people who already have a grasp on this type of investing is where I learn the most.
I've become much more attracted to multi family/buy and hold investing. I've joined this site after listening to a few of the podcasts.
Anything to help the newbie is much appreciated. Glad to be here!

Hello and welcome! I used to live in Anaheim. Right at the corner of State College and Lincoln. Now I reside in Orange. I have been investing and learning about real estate for about 4 years now. Basically what I do now is help other people use their some of their savings to create streams of income so they can feel better about their finances. happy to answer and questions you may have.
