Or even X amount of electricity being included.But if a potential landlord start talking to me about there being solar panels on the house and I'd be getting a bill from the electric company and also from them...blah, blah, blah...oh, but I'd be saving 10-20% (supposedly, side-eye) total on my electric bill...I would find it hinky and complicated.
