I listen to a lot of the podcasts and they always ask about peoples first deals. It always seems so easy. I wonder if actual newbies might have a different perspective since you are right in the thick of it. How long did it take before you found a deal, how did you do it, what are your plans now, what are your fears and frustrations, what are your plans now, etc?
