If the IRS get's after me for not issuing 1099's, he'll handle it, and I'm not misinterpreting this.All in all, I'm comfortable with the way I do business, my CPA, his advice, and I couldn't ask for more.

No one is a better judge than you of what your comfortability is when it come to specific neighborhood, you need to get out there and drive on the street that you will own a home.
