I'd imagine its different pricing because they are sharing a common space with others. 

Definitely a common question that I hear a bunch from my clients.

We have met with the guy at the showing of the property and we got along very well we have a lot in common and he defiantly like us.

And it's extremely difficult to find a matching piece to replace a section missing a chunk unless it's a very common type.  

It's VERY common to see properties around here with undersized septics.

Multis / rentals are not common, and in demand.
